Octavia Spencer brings podcasting to Apple TV+ with “Truth be Told”

Daytime television host of ‘Sister Circle’, Rashan Ali, hosted a screening and Q&A for Apple TV+ upcoming true-crime show, TRUTH BE TOLD, alongside Octavia Spencer and series creator Nichelle Tramble Spellman.

TRUTH BE TOLD follows a podcaster (Octavia Spencer) who tries to solve the mystery surrounding a family patriarch’s death.

Attendees got a chance to learn more about Octavia’s character, the complexity of the relationships with families who deal with trauma and sisterhood.
